Our 2-year warranty covers all defective parts not related to consumer-caused damage or modifications. Please note that we will send you the defective parts only: the warranty is not an exchange of the whole module.

The lead time for our custom made couches is 8-12 weeks. Need it sooner? Requet a rush order at no extra charge with a 6-8 week lead time or ship our in-stock inventory.
Can I order new covers?
Yes, you can order new covers for specific parts or the entire couch. Don't be shy to upgrade the fabric or change the colour! Visit our Replacements collection.

Still looks good as new and we get many compliments on it. The best thing about it are the removable covers so everything can be thrown in the wash. Even though we got a bright white couch, it has been easy to maintain. It looks perfect in our space!
