Why We Require 30 Days
Give Your Sofa Time To Settle In
Like a new mattress or a great pair of boots, a sofa needs time to break in.
Many customers initially perceive a cushion as firmer than expected, only to find it becomes significantly more comfortable after several weeks of regular use.
Waiting at least 30 days allows your cushions to settle naturally and ensures any comfort adjustments are based on long-term comfort rather than first impressions.

Because every CouchHaus™ sofa is custom-made to order, sofas cannot be returned under the 100-Day Comfort Promise™.
When can I request a comfort consultation?
Requests may be submitted after 30 days of ownership and within 100 days of delivery.
How many exchanges are included?
One cushion comfort exchange is included per qualifying sofa.
Do I need to return my original cushion inserts?
Yes. Original cushion inserts must be returned as part of the exchange process.
Are shipping charges included?
Customers may be responsible for applicable shipping costs associated with the comfort exchange.
