Custom Orders are specifically crafted to meet individual customer preferences and are not part of our standard inventory.
Cancellations
Within 24 hours: Full refund.
After 24 hours (before shipping): Refund minus 30% fee.
After shipping (before delivery): Refund minus 50% fee and shipping costs.
Lead Times
The typical lead time for custom orders ranges from 8 to 12 weeks. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Warranty
5-year and 3-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship.
