Frame made from naturally rot-resistant Chilean Pine; solid wood; No chemical treatment; No OSB or particleboard is used
Seat cushions are made from feather-wrapped mixed density foam core fill; Seat cushions are encased in a zipper removable cover
Back cushions/Pillows made from 50/50 feather-polyfiber blend with feather-wrapped core fill; Cover is removable
All materials are baby-friendly, flame-retardant-free & non-toxic

All models come default with velcro-removable slipcovers. This makes the cushion and frame covers easy-to-clean.

What is covered by warranty?
Our 2-year warranty covers all defective parts not related to consumer-caused damage or modifications. Please note that we will send you the defective parts only: the warranty is not an exchange of the whole module.
What is the custom order lead time?
The lead time for our custom made couches is 10-14 weeks. Need it sooner? Request a rush order at no extra charge with a 6-10 week lead time or ship our in-stock inventory.
Are the covers removable?
Yes, all of the cushion covers are removable for easy cleaning. The frame also has a velcro feature to remove to the cover. You can replace the entire fabric portion of the couch with Replacements.
Can I order new covers?
Yes, you can order new covers for specific parts or the entire couch. Don't be shy to upgrade the fabric or change the colour! Visit our Replacements collection.
