How customizable can it be?
We are 100% customizable—from the number of seats to the fabric, colour, cushion fill, arm shape, dimensions and more. With over 200+ fabric options and 10+ module types, you can design a layout that fits your space and style perfectly.
What is the custom order lead time?
The lead time for our custom made couches is 10-14 weeks. Need it sooner? Request a rush order at no extra charge with a 6-10 week lead time or ship our in-stock inventory.
What is covered by warranty?
Our 5-year warranty covers all defective parts not related to consumer-caused damage or modifications. Please note that we will send you the defective parts only: the warranty is not an exchange of the whole module.
Is any assembly required?
Not at all. All modules come fully assembled—just unbox and connect the pieces using our built-in clip system.
Are the covers removable?
Yes, all of the cushion covers are removable for easy cleaning. The frame also has a velcro feature to remove to the cover. You can replace the entire fabric portion of the couch with Replacements.
How does financing work?
